The Objective

Operating from five branches around the UK, GG Glass are one of the leading providers of glass products, curtain walling systems and emergency glazier services.

Having grown significantly over the past few years and acquired several high profile new clients, GG Glass felt their existing website didn’t reflect their current status, strengths, services and portfolio of clients.

Having already secure lucrative contracts indirectly with Next, Tesco, Goldsmiths and River Island, GG Glass were keen to redevelop their website to reflect and promote the success of these projects, whilst also using it as a tool to target similar projects and opportunities.

Solutions offered

GG Glass recognized that whilst their outstanding service is the key reason why clients continue to buy from them, it’s the end product in situ which tends to excite prospective buyers. Northern Media therefore looked to create a website with strong visual appeal, featuring their key flagship projects and client relationships. By using wow factor imagery and achieving credibility through brand association, it was felt that the website would convert visitors into enquiries.

Built in WordPress, the fourty page website features GG Glass’s full suite of products and professional services, whilst also providing easy contact to GG Glass’s five branches around the UK.

Specified within the website brief, GG Glass were keen to have the facility to add regular projects, testimonials and images to the gallery section of the website, post launch. Northern Media provided several members of staff with training on how to use the WordPress CMS system, meaning changes can be made by GG Glass at no additional cost.

The Results

GG Glass have received fantastic feedback from clients and suppliers about how the website looks and how easy it is to navigate. Several contracts have already been secured since the website was launched, which has delivered an immediate return on investment. A PPC campaign is due to be launched in February 2018 to drive traffic to the website with the aim of doubling the current traffic and enquiry levels.
