The Objective

Copiserv, a provider of commercial print equipment, were looking for an easy way to communicate on a regular basis with existing clients which include businesses and schools across Wakefield and the surrounding area. In addition to maintain existing relationships, Copiserv wanted increase brand awareness and potential enquiries through effective communication with prospective clients.

Which Copiserv then utilised to make follow up calls to interested readers to engineer face-to-face meetings.

The clear brand established in the email marketing campaign, which placed Copiserv as a leading industry expert, led to a significant order for the company of over 20 machines.
