Leading global conveyor belt manufacturer and solution provider, Chiorino, has recently chosen Northern Media to provide a range of digital marketing services to its UK operation.
Working alongside the Chiorino UK sales team, Northern Media will roll out an email marketing, social media and LinkedIn campaign to help grow revenue during 2016.
More specifically, the focus of the three campaigns will be to raise awareness of the Chiorino brand, identify and engage with their target customers, whilst serving as a key communication tool to their growing portfolio of existing clients.
Having researched the local media market, Northern Media were initially invited by Chiorino UK Managing Director Carl Johnson, to discuss how we could help the UK sales team achieve their ambitious growth targets.
Following several meetings at Chiorino’s head office near Normanton, Wakefield, Northern Media were commissioned by Carl to plan and implement the three campaigns as soon as possible.
The first phase of the campaign will be to design, write and distribute a monthly e-newsletter, aimed at targeting four key market sectors: Food, Packaging, Transport and Manufacturing. Phase two will be to set up and manage the LinkedIn campaigns of four senior sales engineers, including posting four times a week and connecting with a minimum of 20 new connections a month. Posts will be pre-planned and scheduled under an agreed content plan, designed to appeal to Chiorino’s target audience. Phase three will involve a Twitter campaign designed to engage with Chiorino’s second and third tier target customers.
All content produced by Northern Media to feed the three planned campaigned, will be uploaded directly onto the UK portal of the global Chiorino website. Success will be measured by the growth in the number of LinkedIn connections, prospect meetings arranged, e-newsletter open and click through rate, website traffic, new client acquisition and sales revenue.
As part of the planning process, we delivered a presentation to the Chiorino UK Sales Team, which outlined the marketing strategies planned, the company’s objectives, their role in the process and the ongoing support we would provide.
