Northern Media are pleased to announce that we can now provide clients with Geographic (0113) Freephone (0800) and Local Rate (0845) call tracking / call monitoring numbers.
The new service will enable clients (via Northern Media) to measure exactly how many calls they are receiving from each of their marketing and advertising campaigns. The call data records will also provide information on things such as answered calls, engaged calls, busiest time of day and length of calls.
At the start of every month, Northern Media will provide customers with an itemised report on how many calls they have received from each campaign, such as their website, direct mail or advertising. We also factor in the monthly cost of each campaign and estimate a cost per call rate. Your account manager will then discuss the effectiveness of each campaign and devise strategies to maximise high performing campaigns and to combat weaker campaigns.
Within one week of launching the service, six existing Northern Media clients have already put pen to paper to roll out call tracking numbers on their websites. It is hoped that within the next three months, Northern Media will have signed up around 500 numbers.

It was just a matter of finding the right partner and then bringing a competitively priced product to market. Given that six of our existing customers have already signed up, clearly our proposition must be attractive”
