Phlebotomy Training increase their visibility through Email Marketing campaign
Phlebotomy Training are a family owned company in based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, and provide training in ‘Phlebotomy’ (the process of drawing blood). They provide their training to doctors, GPs, dentists, cosmetic surgeons and nursing homes through courses across the UK. Phlebotomy Training came to Northern Media wanting to increase sales from individuals and corporate clients, whilst raising the profile of the brand ‘Phlebotomy Training Services’.
At Northern Media, we used our knowledge and experience in digital marketing to decide the best way to approach Phlebotomy’s objectives. We primarily focused on an Email marketing campaign to raise awareness of the training services that Phlebotomy offers. We were able to target specific markets for an optimal and cost effective campaign. We also created and designed monthly e-newsletters which allow Phlebotomy to improve communication with their current clients and future prospects.
Better communication methods mean Phlebotomy can inform and update their clients on the latest offers and services. By using specific targeting techniques, and by analysing email data, we were able to give Phlebotomy excellent results from the e-mail marketing campaign. Over 15% of the emails were opened which translates into a reach of over 1,500 views. The results also showed over 10% were opened and clicked through to the website, and Phlebotomy Training received an average of 3 confirmed bookings from each e-shot.
