This year’s Bized exhibition is fast approaching! The event, that aims to provide an opportunity for members of the local business community and school staff to build links and create stronger connections, is taking place at Wakefield Town Hall on the 4th May.
After exhibiting at the first ever Bized event in 2016, Northern Media are happy to be taking part once again, exhibiting alongside a number of other local businesses and educational institutions. Not only that, Northern Media have been working hard in collaboration with Wakefield Council and members of the local business community, including Copiserv’s Gareth Hunt and Ross Bennett from Engaging Education, to plan the event as part of the organising committee.
The exhibition aims to provide excellent networking opportunities, informative speakers and workshops in a relaxed and informal environment. Events on the day will include career based talks and workshops, speakers from Wakefield Council and a number educational organisations and concludes with a tour of the brand new Wakefield City University Campus.
Managing Director of Northern Media, Chris Elliot, who helped organise the event and is representing the business on the panel, had this to say about the exhibition: “We exhibited at the first Bized event in 2015 and were eager to get involved in the exhibition as we are keen to build stronger relationships within the education sector”
“We are proud to be involved in helping organise such an event and we look forward to May 4th and supporting other events in the future.”
