British Wool is a non-profit organisation that collects, grades, promotes and sells British fleece wool.
British Wool was founded in 1950 and although it operates nationwide with offices in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, it’s headquarters are in Bradford.
British Wool supplies wool, that has been sheared to the best industry standards, to some of the leading manufacturers in the country, such as The Wool Room, Visping, Brockway Carpets and Brintons. These companies use British Wool to manufacture and produce a range of high quality wool products including carpets, rugs and clothing for domestic and commercial customers across the country.
